On 25 April 2013 the next BLUE PLANET Satellite Conference will be held on the Berlin fairgrounds in conjunction with WASSER BERLIN INTERNATIONAL while the Excursion to Berlin Brandenburg (BER) Airport will take place on 26 April 2013.
As part of the excursion Dr. Werner Arts (LAR AG) will present a lecture about "Surface water management at the airport Berlin Brandenburg (BER) by using online monitoring systems".

On show in the halls at IFAT 2008, the 15th International Trade Fair for Water – Sewage – Refuse – Recycling, which took place from 5 to 9 May, was a wide range of innovations and services for the environmental sector. But outside the halls, too, things are distinctly eco-friendly.
The number of participants using local public transport to come to the fair rose to an average of 58 percent. That´s around seven percent more than at the previous IFAT trade fair. One reason for this is the fact that the ticket to the fair included free travel on local public transport. There was also a rise, of five percent, in the number of people arriving by coach instead of private car. - (Press Information, IFAT 2008)

At the trade fair and convention WASSER BERLIN 2006 from 3 to 7 April 2006 international experts will be focusing on issues of disposal of drinking water and waste water.
