LAR's QuickTONb® is the online TNb system for the determination of the true Total Bounded Nitrogen (TNb) suitable even for the most difficult waste water applications.

The high temperature method with combustion at 1200°C guarantees the complete oxidation of the nitrogen components in the sample. Even loads with a high salt concentration of up to 20% and in the case of NaCl as much as 30%, are easily melted at this temperature. An important advantage compared to the wet chemical methods is the complete detection of particle bounded nitrogen. At this high combustion temperature the analysers's detection value from ammonia and nitrate nitrogen is excellent.

LAR's unique robot system is capable of transporting and measuring a high content of solid matters without any filtration of the sample. The QuickTONb® is designed to operate in a batch mode. The TNb is analysed in 1-2 minutes. This speed guarantees that also very short peakes can be determined during the daily cycle.
