该职位工作地点：上海办事处 / This offer refers to our new branch office in Shanghai.

主要工作职责					Responsibilities
负责与区域内客户的商业联系。					Responsible for managing business with customers in the region allocated.
电话联系和拜访目标客户，了解和发掘客户需求及购买愿望，达到成为供应商的目标。					Calls and/or visits to customers to identify needs, establish buying cycles and to create customer-supplier relationship.
对重点客户（包括最终用户和供应商）的有效管理。					Effectively manage key accounts distributors and end-users.
跟踪应收帐款的收回情况。					Keep track on sales collections in planning and control.
制定销售目标。					Establish sales objective and develop sales forecasts.
收集市场信息，及时更新公司价格、技术、产品信息库。					Collecting market data to maintain and update price database, technical inforamtion of products/ solutions offered by company.
在客户拜访、展会等场合进行销售展示演说。					Technical presentations to customers on products/ solutions – Prepare and present sales presentations to clients in the region through direct visits, seminars and exhibitions.
完成其他销售经理所分配的工作。					Perform other duties delegated by sales manager

知识背景					Knowledge
大学本科或同等学历					Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
2 – 3 年销售工作经历					Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience
能与国际专业团队通力合作					Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
良好的英语读写能力，良好的英语口语能力					Good reading and writing ability in English, good oral English
对化学科学、技术文献有良好的理解能力					Good understanding of technical and chemical context
熟练操作基本电脑办公软件					Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, and database management

人际能力				Personality Requirement
优秀的沟通能力				Excellent oral and written communication skills
优秀的谈判技巧				Excellent adaptability and negotiation skills
具备独立操作、处理问题的能力，优秀的工作习惯				Must be able to operate independently, excellent work habits
具备主动性、敏感性，思想开放，有团队精神				Initiative, situational sensitivity, open minded, team player
