The LAR QuickCODultra is the online  COD/TOD measurement system for the determination of the chemical oxygen demand and suitable even for the most difficult waste water applications.

The  high temperature method with combustion at 1200°C guarantees the complete oxidation of the sample. Even loads with a salt concentration of up to 20% and in the case of NaCl as much as 30%, are easily melted at this temperature. LAR's method works without any dangerous and caustic substances. There is no disposal of analysis residues, cleaning solutions or harmful reagents necessary. This means a high level of safety and ease in its operation is guaranteed at all times.

LAR's unique robot system is capable of transporting and measuring high contents of solid matters without any filtration of the sample. The QuickCODultra is designed to operate in a batch mode. The COD is analyzed in 3 minutes. This speed guarantees that also very short peaks can be determined during a daily cycle.
