For more than 30 years, we develop and produce in our German headquarter innovative measuring technology, with support of our sales office, a subsidiary in Pudong, Shanghai and linked to a worldwide acting distribution network.

Your Tasks

  • Personal responsibility for implementation of commissioning, service and repair work on measuring and analysis equipment
  • Carrying out customer training
  • Contact person for customers and distributors
  • Documentation of the work carried out
  • Translation works for user manuals, products brochures and Chinese website
  • Weekly reports to the Manager

Your Profile

  • Technical background, major in Chemistry is preferred
  • 3+ years experience in similar positions
  • Business fluent in English and Mandarin (both written & spoken)
  • Experience in the (waste-) water industry would be a plus
  • Located in China with high willingness to travel (mostly in China)
  • Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and service customers in a timely manner
  • Good problem solver who is paying attention to details
