From 15th to 19th June 2015, the ACHEMA will take place in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. The world forum for chemical engineering and the process industry is considered as innovations' platform and technology summit, trend-setting meeting point, take-off for investment decisions and offers an outstanding international network of experts and executives.
During ACHEMA, LAR Process Analysers AG will present their latest product innovations, among the QuickTOCpurity and QuickCODlab. LAR's QuickTOCpurity is a custom-made online TOC analyzer especially for pure water applications. This next generation is able to measure up to 6 sample streams within one unit. Moreover, it is equipped with LAR's patented calibration and validation feature QuickCalibration. Thus, it provides a remote controlled, ready-at-any-time validation with a touch of a button – even for the lowest measurement ranges.
LAR's QuickCODlab is a milestone in laboratory COD analysis. Using thermal combustion at 1200°C, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) is determined within 3 minutes. This method is free of any hazardous chemicals and reagents. Consequently, a high operational and personnel safety is guaranteed. The US standardized method (ASTM) has been successfully used by LAR for 12 years in the online analysis and now is available as an innovative laboratory COD analyzer. Therefore, LAR's QuickCODlab represents the ideal alternative to wet-chemical COD-methods. These and other innovations from LAR will be exhibited in hall 11.1, stand C87 and area F2, stand A2.
