The catalyst-free ceramic oven is the centrepiece of the QuickTOCpharma. At 1,200°C, it reliably dissolves all carbon bonds and thus enables a complete analysis of samples. Despite the high temperatures used, absolute safety is guaranteed in all settings. To this end, the QuickTOCpharma can be delivered with a number of different housings, depending on the intended location, enabling the analyser itself to be safely located in highly corrosive environments as well as in Ex-Zones.
Software. According to 21 CFR Chapter 11.
The software conforming to FDA (CFR 21 Chapter 11) permits inter alia data storage and an electronic signature in accordance with the requirements. The analysis system is fully controlled by the software and combines the high standards for the measurement of pharmaceutical waters, especially for HPW and WFI in one.

The TRUE TOC measurement takes place in less than 3 minutes. The TRUE TC you even get within a minute. The TC is particulary advantageous if a high proportion of the TIC is present, which is hereby considered.
This speed guarantees that very short peaks can be determined very well during a daily cycle. The analyser's availability is over 98%. Even when used in high salt applications its weekly service is about 30 minutes.
Calibration and validation. Ready at any time.
LAR offers with the patented calibration and validation technique QuickCalibration giving the opportunity to check the analyser automatically and remotely at any time. In contrast to the use of liquid standards, that must be produced or purchased, contributing to expense, our unique method uses a defined gas which remains stable for a long time and is ideal for automatic calibrations without personnel on site. Therefore, it can be quickly checked as to whether your analyser is measuring correctly.
The loop injection. For clean sample dosage.
The sample is injected into the furnace via an injection loop. Moreover, this loop defines simultaneously the sample volume. The loop system ensures that the sample is 100% sealed off from ambient air. Even the smallest impurities are excluded and the sample can be analyzed correctly in the lowest ppb range.
Contamination of test equipment in the loop system is technically impossible.
