The LAR service team has long been established specifically a dedicated hotline for questions and problems of our customers and partners. Our service personnel is available now weekdays from 8.00 am - 4.30 pm, CET for you and can offer expert help.
In order to offer you comprehensive support, the service team consists of employees from the fields of electrical engineering, engineers, environmental and chemical engineering and a doctorate employee in physical chemistry. The highly qualified staff have many years of experience in Technical Support. In addition, they undergo internal training to be always up to date.

In Germany, there are next to the team from Berlin four sales representatives in operation. They guarantee the fast service to the south and west.
Internationally, the care is provided by trained staff of our distribution partners. A special feature is the high internationality of the LAR service teams. The expert support is in German, Spanish, Chinese and English.
Servicing is carried out by our qualified partners worldwide. Technical Support, per telephone or per email, is available at all times. Additionally, we offer practically oriented seminars, trainings, operator meetings and workshops, that leave no questions unanswered.
