Since its foundation in 1984, LAR Process Analysers has been focused on providing the support our customers need to meet their goals. We believe that every sale is an opportunity to build a genuine relationship and cooperative effort focused on achieving the customer’s objective. Whether the objective is to protect the environment or to optimize an industrial process, LAR’s technical support is there to help.
We recognize that every customer requires different levels of support to meet and maintain their objectives. Because of this, we offer a variety of Technical Support and Services including Start-up, Training, Service Contracts, Field Service, Spares/Upgrades, Remote Technical Support, and Repairs. The singular idea all customers need to know is that they can get the expert help they need, when they need it. LAR’s Customer Service and Technical Support team is made up of Factory Trained and Certified Support Personnel located around the world to provide the highest quality support close to the customer.
LAR Process Analysers offers a wide variety of Service Maintenance Agreements. Depending on the customer’s need and the application, our service contracts range from annual preventive maintenance to weekly visits for very large customers, and everything in-between.
If a machine breaks down, production cannot continue, critical logistics processes come to a standstill and money is burned. In case a machine stops, immediate troubleshooting and resolution of the problem is the most important thing to ensure production.
Do you have an issue you can’t solve? Does your analyzer need a check-up to keep running optimally? Our trained and experienced Service Experts have the tools and know-how to repair, maintain, and optimize your analyzer to your needs.
During the start-up, LAR Personnel can assist with application customization, initial calibration, LAR software displays, alarm tags, introduction to routine operations and routine care of the analyser.

LAR Process Analysers offers factory acceptance testing (FAT) to ensure the products meet the needs of the end users’ applications and projects.
The LAR service team runs a dedicated hotline for questions and problems for our customers and partners. Our service team is available weekdays from 8.00 am – 4.30 pm, CET for you and can offer expert help.
In order to offer you comprehensive support, the service team consists of employees from the fields of electrical engineering, engineers, environmental and chemical engineering and a doctorate employee in physical chemistry. The highly qualified staff have many years of experience in Technical Support. In addition, they continuously undergo internal training to be always up to date.
Internationally, service is provided by PI teams or qualified partners. A special feature of our experts is high internationality: Amongst others, our teams speak German, English, Spanish, French, Chinese, and Russian.
Servicing is carried out by our qualified partners worldwide. Technical Support, per telephone or per email, is available at all times. Additionally, we offer practically oriented seminars, trainings, operator meetings and workshops, that leave no questions unanswered.
